Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@eric-emanuel-shorts.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@eric-emanuel-shorts.store within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
